I have never blogged before. Actually, I didn’t start following blogs until recently when I stumbled on to One Good Thing by Jillee. I love reading what she comes up with every day! Then my friend Stacy started a blog (Stacy Sews and Schools) and she was having so much fun with it, that I started thinking about doing my own.

I’m not sure where I’ll find the time… between my Facebook game addiction, a husband, two kids that I homeschool, and
my own college courses(I've graduated since writing this!), I tend to be feeling like I’m running in circles. But, that’s the whole point of this blog. It’s about the things that interest me and keep me sane.

I love to read (but you probably won’t find a lot of book reviews here, I’m terrible at it!), crochet and sew. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats and a tropical fish tank. And as mentioned above I’m a wife, mother and a full-time student. So, my life is very full, and I love it that way.

We also currently run our household on one income, so I am always interested in ways to save money. If I could be an extreme couponer, I would! Alas, my car only gets 13 MPG and the only stores that double coupons are 30 minutes away, not worth the drive for me… yet. So I try to save us money in other ways like making our own laundry soap (which I doubt I’ll blog about since it’s been talked about a LOT).
