Coupon Organization Idea

Monday's are usually crazy around here. To top it off, starting next Monday I have to be on campus for class by 8 am... I am NOT a morning person, so we shall see how it goes.

Anyway, Mondays will be quick posts:)

Today, I will show you the easy way to organize your restaurant coupons. I don't keep them in my binder because I don't carry my binder at all times. So, I've been keeping them in my purse in an envelope. However, they've been a jumbled mess and by the time I remember I have a coupon for a certain restaurant, it has expired.

So, I organized them all by place and expiration date. And then, instead of putting them back in an envelope, I found a cute little makeup bag (I got for free from Target!) to put them in. It's zipped shut and just colorful enough for me to remember the coupons are in there.

Now, I can look at the yellow sticky notes to see what I have and when they expire... and maybe use them before they expire!

  1. That's a great idea. I just bought one of those regional coupon books and there are a ton of restaurant coupons in it that I will use, but only if I get them organized so I know what I have. The book is too bulky to carry everywhere, so this is perfect. :)

  2. I have that same make up bag, got it from the same place, and I too use it to hold my coupons and note taking stuff. How funny is that?
